NO Waiting in line for IPHONE 5 on September 21st

Hey check out my wait while I was getting the iPhone 5 on Friday! I went to the Verizon store to wait on Thursday night and you should have seen the line waiting for the Apple phone! It was crazy!  I know the Apple store and AT&T were busy too, but watch what happened where I was at!

THE BEST PICO DE GALLO SALSA EVER!!!

So yesterday I made this really awesome Pico De Gallo Salsa.  And I call it Salsa because I like my Salsa chunky, but technically I guess it would not be salsa since there is not any tomato paste in it.

It all started when I was at the Farmers Market that morning and this one Farmer was giving away a bunch of Jalapeno peppers. So after I got them I decided to make some Salsa, but then decided to go a little chunkier and make Pico de Gallo.  So this is the recipe I used off the top of my head and WOW, it was really really good!  I know you can probably find other recipes online, but since I freestyled this one, I feel like a professional chef now. (not really) It had a great fresh taste and was not very hot with all the peppers I put in it.  It was enough for 2 hungry people with a little left over.

So here it is:

Mix all together in a bowl.

3 Roma Tomatoes--diced
3 Jalepeno peppers-diced
3 Cayenne Peppers-diced---Surprisingly was not that hot
1 Onion-diced
2 Cups Cilantro
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder- 1tsp
Cumin-pinch
Chili Powder-pinch
Lime-Squeeze at least 1/4 of it into the bowl


Enjoy with tortilla Chips or add to your favorite Mexican dish!

Try it out and I promise you will be happy!

CONE AGILITY DRILLS in the SAND at the BEACH!!!

Hey everyone! Here is my 2nd workout video that I did at the beach!  This is a great exercise for performing in the sand. Great for proprioception of your ankle, knee, and hip joints and helps you learn how to maintain balance on an uneven surface.

Cone Agility drills are great for any athlete and also for any person looking for something new to add to their workout.  Short quick bursts of speed is important whether you are a athlete or fall in the general population category.

There are 4 basic drills you can do and all you need is 5 cones.  You are going to run around the cones making a letter pattern. M, N, X, Z are the 4 letter patterns you are going to do.  Complete at least 4 reps of each letter before moving to the next one.

You can also perform this on grass, turf, tennis court, or basketball court. You will definitely notice a difference when you plant and change direction.

Ultimate Beach Workout Exercise and get a Tan!!!

Ok, so check out this new Workout I designed. Its great and will really kick your butt.  It is the Ulitmate Beach Workout.  I know, I know, you don't really want to exercise while you are on vacation, but you know you need to after the pitcher of margaritas, and other extra calories you injested last night. ha ha

All it takes is 30 mins or less and then you can go back to sitting on the beach watching the waves break, and getting a nice Tan.  All you need is a small resistance band and a little motivation. Hopefully this video motivates you to get in some work, and stay in shape while away from the world for a week.


This workout is a circuit style. Go through each of the 4 supersets and then repeat for 3-5 times.

Squat and Bicep Curls
Rear Delt Squeeze / Lunges and Tricep Extension
Jumps and Front Raise
Pushups and Sprints

Complete 15 reps of each exercise and start performing the next one!

After 1 round is done, take about 2 mins and then start again!

After you are finished you can go right into doing some Ab!

Enjoy it and push yourself, you will thank me after its done!

BEST SHOULDER EXERCISE SERIES with RESISTANCE BANDS


Hey everyone! I hope all is well everywhere in the world and with you who are reading this. Thanks for reading this.....And if you are reading this, then just drop a comment or hit that +1 so I know people are out there..Thanks a lot for that.

Ok, I just wanted to let you know I have posted a great 10 exercise series on Shoulder Strengthening for both rehab and prehab. If you are injured or you don't want to get injured in your shoulder area, you need to check out this video to see what exercises need to be done.  These exercises are great and strengthen the whole shoulder socket. These muscles include the DELTOID, TRAPS, OMOHYOID, STERNOCLEIDOMASTOID, LATS, and RHOMBOIDS.... All muscles are great to strengthen that area to rehab your injury. Or to prevent it.  These exercises are great for Baseball, softball, tennis, volleyball, football, quarterbacks, and other sports.. Also great for the weekend warriors too!

Overuse shoulder injuries are common and can be prevented with these exercises.  Internal impingement happens a lot with quarterbacks and pitchers, so these exercises are vital to reconditioning and preventing shoulder injuries. Check them out and see for yourself!
