KETTLEBELL THROWING KB THROWS OVERHEAD TRIPLE EXTENSION WORKOUT

Great Kettlebell workout for Sand

Build Power and Explosion with Kettlebell throwing. Throw or "Chuck" that Kettle Bell as hard as you can over your head. You are building powerful and explosive legs and working on having an explosive Triple Extension which helps with your Olympic Lifts.

This is a great exercise to perform to do something different than the normal KB workouts. You can also perform at a Sand Volleyball Court.

KETTLEBELL SLAMS Build POWER and Explosive Legs! SLAM IT!

Hello KETTLEBELL USERS!

Kettlebell Slams are a great way to build power and explosion in your entire body!  This is a great exercise to do at the beach, especially since you have a ton of sand to throw that kettle bell into without damaging it.  And let me tell you, after a set of ten of jumping as high as you can and slamming the bell down, you will be breathing pretty heavy!
