COMPLEX WORKOUT for 2014 FULL BODY EXERCISE AND ABS!

This is a great workout to start off the year of 2014. This is a complex that I use for warmups or for a complete workout. It is a non stop complex of exercise movements and I added in some leg raises and Medicine Ball throws.



6 High Pull

6 Hang Muscle Snatch

6 Squat Press

6 Straight leg deadliest

6 Bent over Row



6 Leg raises-Make it harder by holding the barbell with weight added

6 Medicine Ball Twist Throws-10-12lb med ball
