6 Squat Press

6 Straight leg deadliest

6 Bent over Row



6 Leg raises-Make it harder by holding the barbell with weight added

6 Medicine Ball Twist Throws-10-12lb med ball

REPAIR MUSTANG ODOMETER GEAR & TRIP METER FIX 1994-1998 DIY EASY!

If you have a 1994-1998 Ford Mustang that has odometer issues, or has stopped working, I have the solution for you. Its not going to cost a lot of money to fix it and will only take about 1 hour or less to do it yourself. All you have to do is take the speedometer display out and install 2 new gears to help your odometer and trip meter work again. It needs a little work, so I am going to show you how to replace and install the parts that are associated with common problems and regular maintenance. So check all of them out and  you can fix it yourself and save some money!

In this Video, I am going to show you how to replace and install a new Radiator. This will help with better circulation of your coolant and help with engine performance. Also if you have a leak or crack in your radiator, you better get a new one because you will have a blow out and be stranded on the highway. So check it out. It will take about 1.5 hrs to complete.

November 15th is right around the corner and well....ok its tomorrow, but what I am trying to say is that I received my Playstation 4 a whole day early! So awesome! I have my Extra Dualshock 4 controller and my copy of Call of Duty Ghosts and I am ready to go!

I have a really cool unboxing video of the PS4 just to show you whats inside and to get you excited about the Playstation 4 you will be waiting in line for tonight at Walmart, Best Buy, Target or Gamestop. Don't forget to bring a jacket, its going to be chilly standing in line. (Sorry I had to throw that in there, I am never on the end of getting things before everyone else, so I must live it up I guess)
