APPLE iPad 5 RELEASE DATE vs iPAD AIR SHOULD YOU WAIT?

Apple iPad fans, I suppose you are wondering whether or not you should purchase the new iPad Air tablet that is coming out this Friday November 1st? Well if you are like me you are wondering whether or not to buy the iPad Air or the iPad 5.  The iPad Air seems really.....well, kinda cool right? I mean there are obvious changes like weight and Camera upgrades and of course the new A7 chip, but is that really worth it? Should you save your money for the iPad 5?

I am going to give  you a few reasons why you might want to just save your money, especially if you already own a iPad 2 or iPad 3(retina).

Like the few tech reasons I already gave, there is not a huge overhaul to the iPad Air.  Reasons 1-4 are the new changes.


Reason #1--A few form factor changes,
Reason #2--Weight,
Reason #3--Front and Back camera upgrades,
Reason #4--A7 chip is all you really get.

Reason#5--There was not an upgrade to the wireless 802.11ac connection.
Reason #6--No Touch ID installed
Reason #7--COST$$$--Now especially if you have own one the previous two editions of the iPad, you should really save your money and be happy with what you have until "the next big comes".  The cost of the iPad Air is almost as much as a Macbook 13 inch especially if you are wanting more space like the 128GB option.  At $929 before tax, you could easily save a few more bucks and buy a much more powerful device like a laptop.

So just wait to spend your money on the New iPad 5 that they will definitely overhaul. I think Apple will obviously really push the Air on all customers for the Holiday season and then in the spring or summer they will say "Gotcha!, Ha ha, we have a really awesome iPad 5 that you should have waited for!"
