JUMP ROPE ROUTINE WORKOUT SERIES 1 BEGINNER LEVEL

Hello there! If you are reading this page right now you are looking in to "how to jump rope" or you are looking for a beginner level jump rope routine that you can do at your house or at the gym. The following routine is basic and is a good starting point for you to begin at. And even if you are a pretty good skipper, you can always use this same routine and bump up the intensity.
