TOP 4 STAIR STRETCHES AFTER A WORKOUT TO LENGTHEN MUSCLES

Hey Fitness exerciser you who is reading this right now. You probably want to know how to fit in a stretch routine with your workout and not really take too much time as well right? Well I have an easy stretch that will first increase flexibility and lengthen your muscles out after a workout, but is also very fast and is on the way to the shower before you go to work or get on the couch to relax.  Just use the stairs in your house, or the steps outside your house. (All you really need is like 4 steps.) You can stretch your hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, inner thigh and calves all in about 5 minutes or longer if you want a deeper stretch.  In the video below I will show you how to do this. One stretch I missed that you can add is a forward lunge that will directly stretch your hip flexors and your upper quads. Ok I hope this helps and I will see you later!
