BEST SHOULDER EXERCISE SERIES with RESISTANCE BANDS

Ok, I just wanted to let you know I have posted a great 10 exercise series on Shoulder Strengthening for both rehab and prehab. If you are injured or you don't want to get injured in your shoulder area, you need to check out this video to see what exercises need to be done.  These exercises are great and strengthen the whole shoulder socket. These muscles include the DELTOID, TRAPS, OMOHYOID, STERNOCLEIDOMASTOID, LATS, and RHOMBOIDS.... All muscles are great to strengthen that area to rehab your injury. Or to prevent it.  These exercises are great for Baseball, softball, tennis, volleyball, football, quarterbacks, and other sports.. Also great for the weekend warriors too!

Overuse shoulder injuries are common and can be prevented with these exercises.  Internal impingement happens a lot with quarterbacks and pitchers, so these exercises are vital to reconditioning and preventing shoulder injuries. Check them out and see for yourself!
