Ultimate Beach Workout Exercise and get a Tan!!!

Ok, so check out this new Workout I designed. Its great and will really kick your butt.  It is the Ulitmate Beach Workout.  I know, I know, you don't really want to exercise while you are on vacation, but you know you need to after the pitcher of margaritas, and other extra calories you injested last night. ha ha

All it takes is 30 mins or less and then you can go back to sitting on the beach watching the waves break, and getting a nice Tan.  All you need is a small resistance band and a little motivation. Hopefully this video motivates you to get in some work, and stay in shape while away from the world for a week.


This workout is a circuit style. Go through each of the 4 supersets and then repeat for 3-5 times.

Squat and Bicep Curls
Rear Delt Squeeze / Lunges and Tricep Extension
Jumps and Front Raise
Pushups and Sprints

Complete 15 reps of each exercise and start performing the next one!

After 1 round is done, take about 2 mins and then start again!

After you are finished you can go right into doing some Ab!

Enjoy it and push yourself, you will thank me after its done!
