CONE AGILITY DRILLS in the SAND at the BEACH!!!

Hey everyone! Here is my 2nd workout video that I did at the beach!  This is a great exercise for performing in the sand. Great for proprioception of your ankle, knee, and hip joints and helps you learn how to maintain balance on an uneven surface.

Cone Agility drills are great for any athlete and also for any person looking for something new to add to their workout.  Short quick bursts of speed is important whether you are a athlete or fall in the general population category.

There are 4 basic drills you can do and all you need is 5 cones.  You are going to run around the cones making a letter pattern. M, N, X, Z are the 4 letter patterns you are going to do.  Complete at least 4 reps of each letter before moving to the next one.

You can also perform this on grass, turf, tennis court, or basketball court. You will definitely notice a difference when you plant and change direction.
